中文摘要 | 本篇論文建立雙螺旋空氣壓縮機的數值模式並探討各種設計參數對其 操作性能的影響。首先,配合螺旋轉子的幾何形狀及氣體的狀態方程式,建立雙 螺旋壓縮機的理論模式。本理論模式所預測的排氣量及軸功等項目與實驗測試結 果相當符合,確認了模式的正確性。本文以此理論模式針對注油式雙螺旋空氣壓 縮機,分別討論不同設計參數對壓縮機容積效率、壓縮效率及比功率等性能的影 響。這些設計參數包括噴油溫度 (oil injected temperature)、噴油量 (oil flow rate)、噴油位置 (oil injected position)、轉子齒尖速度 (Tip speed) 與系統排氣壓 力 (discharge pressure)。 |
英文摘要 | A theoretical model is proposed in this paper in order to study the performance of a twin screw air compressor. Based on this model, a computer simulation program is written and the effects of different design parameters including oil injected position, oil temperature, oil flow rate and other operation conditions on the performance of a real compressor are investigated. Output variables such as compression efficiency, volumetric efficiency, and specific power are obtained. Some of the results are then compared with existing experimental data and good agreements are found between the simulation results and the existing measured data. |
