中文摘要 | 本文討論船體之疲勞強度。主要是採用日本造船研究協會第216研究 部會,針對大型油輪 (VLCC) 之疲勞強度解析而提議之簡易方法,以一艘26萬 載重噸油輪為對象進行疲勞強度分析。在船體負荷分析方面,採用SMP分析程 式,應用截片方法 (Strip Method) 求取船體表面壓力分佈及斷面力,並依據實際 海況,計算船體短期與長期負荷分佈。在船體長期負荷分佈與船體結構長期應力 分佈同為Rayleigh分佈的假設下,進行船體應力分析,再配合材料疲勞曲線 (S-N Curve) 進行疲勞強度分析,以預估船體構件的疲勞壽命。與一般計算方法比較 簡易方法計算量相對減少許多,而且與規範結果比較亦屬合理。 |
英文摘要 | The fatigue strength of ship hull was investigated in this paper. A simplified method, proposed by research committee 216 of SNAME of Japan, was used. The fatigue strength of a 260K DWT Oil Tanker made with high tensile steel was studied. The Strip method and the finite element method were used in the ship motion and structural stress analysis. The short and long term ocean wave were considered in the study. In the structural analysis, the simplified method is based on the assumption that the long term wave loading and ship hull stress distribution have the same Rayleigh distribution. So, the simplified method can save much of computer time as compared with conventional methods in the structural analysis. Then base on the stress distribution and fatigue S-N curve of material, the fatigue strength of ship structure can be obtained. The results by the simplified method is also reasonable. |
