| 中文摘要 | 本文研究織物防彈性能中的彈道極限計算方法和纖維力學位性能的高應變率效應。主要包括四方面的研究工作: ①疊層織物彈道衝擊貫穿運動學模型的改進 ②芳香族聚醯胺疊層織物彈道貫穿實驗 ③揭示芳香族聚醯胺纖維彈道衝擊過程中的高應變率特徵,而進行高應變率衝擊拉伸實驗 ④模型數值化計算 結果表明經改進的疊層織物彈道貫穿運動學模型,具有較好的準確性,可以方便地進行織物防彈性能的預測工作。 |
| 英文摘要 | The method of calculating the ballistic limit of fabrics and the strain rate effect on the mechanical property of fibers are discussed in this paper. Modeling and experiment verification of multi-layer fabrics under ballistic perforation was also given. Four aspects of research work are included. ①Establishment and modification of the kinematics model of ballistic perforation, which is more concise and obvious than any other models nowadays. ②Ballistic perforation experiment of multi-layer p-aramid fabrics. ③Tensile impact experiment of p-aramid filament tow under high strain rate. ④Numerical calculation of the kinematics model. From the comparison of calculated results of modified model and experimental results of ballistic perforation, it is proven that the modified model in this paper could be used to predict the bullet -proof property of fabrics conveniently. |
