中文摘要 | 本文透過文獻資料分析,探討幼兒衝突行為的影響因素,針對這些影響因素,再 從相關文獻中,歸納出可行的衝突化解與輔導策略,並提出實務上的建議,供幼教工作者參 考。研究發現:(一 ) 影響幼兒產生衝突行為的因素有四:發展上的特徵、環境的影響、幼 兒社會影響力的衝突、缺乏社會技巧。(二 ) 在輔導幼兒的衝突行為上,可從三個層面著手 :培養幼兒社會問題的解決能力、規劃衝突化解的課程、營造適當的學習環境與選擇適當的 材料。(三 ) 幫助幼兒減少衝突和培養衝突化解的能力,必須有整體的輔導觀,才能達到真 正的效果。 |
英文摘要 | This is an analytical study. Its main purpose is to distil and generalize some practice guidelines from the related literature for early childhood teachers indealing with conflict behaviors in young children. The findings are: 1. There are four major influencing factors which are causes for conflict behaviors in young children, namely: developmental factors, environmental factors, the conflict among children's power of social influence, and the lack of social skills. 2. Three practical guidelines a re suggested: to assist children in developing conflict resolution and social skills, to develop conflict resolution curricula, and to create a developmentally appropriate learning environment and select the right materials. 3. A wholistic approach to conflict resolution is proposed to encompass both the children's and adult's conflicts in early childhood settings. |
