中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於探討台灣派遣勞工對於此新興工作形態的看法,透過七 家派遣企業和202位派遣勞工參與的實證研究發現:年輕未婚女性為目前派遣勞 工的主要來源;累積人力資本為派遣勞工進入派遣業的主因;派遣勞工的工作 滿足傾向於人際關係與自主性;派遣勞工缺乏對派遣業和自我的肯定;過去和 現在的工作體驗強烈影響派遣勞工未來繼續從事派遣工作的意願和時間。本研 究亦對上述發現提供派遣和受派企業在管理上的建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate leased employees' perceptions toward their jobs. There are seven leasing companies and 202 leased employees participtated in this study. Major findings of this study include: young unmarried females are the major source of leased employees, the cumulation of human capital is the major reason for leased employees entering the industry, leased employees' job satisfaction focus on human relations and job autonomy, lwased employees lack of confidence to the industry and themselves, previous and current working experience influence leased employees' willingness and length in future leasing jobs. |
