中文摘要 | 將水流經適當強度的磁場,磁力線會切割原來的締合水分子使其成為電極性增強的單分子或較小締合水分子,與水泥作用使水化進行得更深入與充分。本研究即依上述原,用磁場強度為0.2T至1.6T之磁化水拌製水泥漿體、砂漿試體及混凝土,測試其力學強度、工作度及分析水化物微結構。研究結果顯示,當水的磁場強度在0.2T∼0.6T時,可提高水泥質硬固體之力學強度;而0.8T磁化水試體的力學強度則與普通水者相近;當再提高為1.2T∼1.6T,則試體力學強度反而會較普通水者低。又磁化水混凝土的工作度與普通水者並無顯著差別。用掃描式電子顯微鏡分析微結c也顯示,當水泥質材料以0.2T磁化水拌製,會使水化物結構中的氫氧化鈣堆積情形獲得改善,其晶體也較小,而有利於試體的力學強度成長。 |
英文摘要 | The water molecular conglomerate can be split into small molecules with stronger force from the magnetic field; this is called the magnetic water which can permeate into the cement particle enveloped by hydrates to enhance the degree of hydration of concrete. The objective of this research is to demonstrate that this theory can be applied in concrete technology. The samples of cement paste, mortar and concrete mixed with different magnetic waters were tested for the mechanical properties, workabilty and hydrates structure. The results showed that the mechanical strength of samples mixed with magnetic water of 0.2T to 0.6T is much higher than that mixed with drinking water. The mechanical strength of samples with 0.8T is about equal to that mixed with drinking water. Further increase of the magnetic force to 1.2T ∼ 1.6T resulted in a decrease of the mechanical strength. The workability of samples mixed with magnetic water is about equal to that mixed with drinking water. The SEM analysis indicated that the calcium hydroxide crystals in the hydration structure of the sample with 0.2T magnetic water are small and rather dispersed which can help improving the mechanical strength of the samples. |
