中文摘要 | 在無裂縫之儲氣層內,利用聚合物吸附於岩石之表面而降低天然氣井之伴產水量 ,以延長氣井生產壽命之處理方法,近年來在歐洲已有很成功的現場應用實例。降低油氣井 之伴產水量不但能提高採收率,亦可降低處理伴產水之費用並可減少因出水所衍生之腐蝕、 結垢及出砂等生產上之問題,降低生產之操作成本。此種處理方法成功之要件為: 1. 確認 出水原因係因水錐而產生。 2. 聚合物具耐地層溫度之性質。 3. 聚合物與地層水相容。 4. 聚合物與岩石顆粒吸附性良好,且對水有選擇性降低相對滲透率但對氣體則否。 因此國 外的配方不一定適用於本地之油氣層, 本研究以臺灣 T 氣田之現場條件進行靜態與動態篩 選試驗後,發現 HE-300 聚合物之各種特性均顯示可適用於 T 氣田,並規劃 T-2 號井為聚 合物抑制水錐之現場先導試驗 (Pilot Test) 井。預期處理成功後估計聚合物可維持六個月 以上,其經濟效益可達新臺幣 7,980,000 元。 若先導試驗成功,可將此法推廣至本省其他 氣田,以延長氣井壽命並增加可採蘊藏量,同時並附加多項無形效益。 |
英文摘要 | Polymer has been proved possessing the capability to mitigate the water production problem of non-fracture gas formation in some fields in Europe recently. Reducing water production rate not only increases gas recovery but also can lower operation cost. The cost reduction is mainly due to the decrease of water treatment cost and some costs from corrosion, scaling and sand-out problems. To obtain a successful treatment, it is required to match several key criteria. They include: 1.Understanding the water out mechanism. 2.Polymer should be stable under reservoir temperature. 3.Polymer should be compatible with formation water. 4.Polymer should be adsorbed well on the grains of reservoir rock, and it has selective permeability permitting reduction on water rather than on gas. Those polymers used for the gas fields in other countries might not be suitable for the gas fields in Taiwan. We found HE-300 polymer might be suitable for the T gas field in Taiwan from various lab screen tests. Before large field application, a single well pilot test can be performed firstly. The T-2 well may be the first candidate for the pilot test. We estimated the benefit would be 7.98 million if the polymer effect can last for six months. We are expecting positive results from the pilot test and then apply this technique to the other gas fields in Taiwan to get more recoverable reserves. |
