中文摘要 | 三氧化鎢(WO��)薄膜在氧化過程中為透明無色,且在還原過程時變色,其具有寬 廣的可見光譜吸收頻帶,深藍色的變色及高變色係數。 在本論文中,吾人利用真空蒸鍍法研製非晶形三氧化鎢薄膜(a-WO��),以研究其非晶形 與部份晶化薄膜電變色情形。電變色的深藍色薄膜被證明為H�XWO�陛C 由實驗的結果,吾人可發現存在於WO�偭■中云漱竷鬙i改善變色的效率,並且亦討論 退火後的WO�偎q變色特性,亦假設電變色的動態機制係質子(氫離子)的注入及電子於間 隙狀態中的被捕獲,由電場效應之實驗數據可支持上述的假設。 |
英文摘要 | Electrochromic tungsten trioxide (WO��)thin films are transparent in the oxidized state and colored in the reduced state. The WO �� properties include the broad-band absorption throughout the visible spectral region, deep blue coloration, and high coloration efficiency. In this paper, the amorphous tungsten trioxide (a-WO �� ) thin films were prepared by the vacuum evaporation method. We have studied the electrochromic coloration phenomena of the amorphous and partial crystallization thin films. The colored deep-blue thin films have been proved to be hydrogen tungsten bronze (H �X WO �� ). According to experimental results, we can find that the water present within WO �� films enhance electrochromic effect, and the electrochromic property of WO �� has been changed after the annealing, we can postulate that the coloration kinetics is the injection of proton ion into the thin films as well as the trapping of electron in the gap states. In addition, the experimental data of the electric field effect can be used to support our postulation. |
