中文摘要 | 師資培育多元化與大學教育評鑑,是當前我國大學教育之重要政策。本研究根據 師資培育機構自我評鑑之基本概念與理論,建立出適合於我國師資培育機構自我評鑑之模式; 其次,再以先前理論探討為基礎,對我國師資培育機構自我評鑑之實施現況進行內容分析; 最後,針對研究結果,提出改進我國大學教育自我評鑑之具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | Diversified teacher education and university education evaluation are two cornerstones of our nations educational policy. The purpose of this study is to establish a practical self-appraisal model for teacher education institutions. In accordance with this model, this study makes a content analysis on the basis of teacher education institutional self- appraisal. Lastly, this study suggests improvement for our nation's university teacher education appraising. |
