中文摘要 | 視網膜血流量在糖尿病視網膜症扮演了重要的致病機轉角色。因此,如何以簡單 且無侵犯性之檢查來測得視網膜血流量顯得格外重要。 Heidelberg 雷射都卜勒視網膜血流 分析計可以在病人無不適的狀態下測得視網膜血流量我們收集了75位糖尿病患者(共12 0眼睛),及15位無糖尿病之對照組(共30眼睛),以 Heidelberg 雷射都卜勒視網膜 血流計來分析各個不同時期的糖尿病視網膜症。結果發現視網膜血流量在15位無糖尿病之 對照組為231.5單位。 在無糖尿病視網膜病變組( NDR )為209.9單位、背景型 糖尿病視網膜病變組( BDR )為280.3單位、 前增殖期糖尿病視網膜病變組( PPDR )為349.1單位、增殖期糖尿病視網膜病變組( PDR )為438.2單位, 是呈遞增 現象。且糖尿病患者的平均視網膜血流量(319.4單位)較非糖尿病患者(231.5 單位)高。 |
英文摘要 | Retinal blood flow is an important factor in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy, but the mechanisms critical to initiation and progression of diabetic retinopathy are still under investigation. In order to realize the retinal blood flow indices of diabetic patients at different stages, we studied 75 diabetic patients (120 eyes) and 15 non-diabetic control subjects (30 eyes). Using the Heidelberg retinal flowmeter, two dimentional laser doppler perfusion pictures of the macular region were obtained. Mean values of flow, volume and velocity were calculated. The results showed that the mean retinal blood flow was 231.5 units in control group, 209.9 units in NDR group, 280.3 units in BDR group, 349.1 units in PPDR group and 438.2 units in PDR group. The blood flow in diabetic group (319.4 units) is significantly greater than that in control group (231.5 units) (p<0.05). |
