| 中文摘要 | 本文提出結合物件導向技術中之靜態模式與動態模式,以設計單元製造系統之控 制器。本文應用一般通用之分析設計工具如 IDEF0 與 IDEF1X,其中應用 IDEF1X 資料模式 分析物件之靜態模式,用以表示系統之結構;以 IDEF0 作業流程( activity flow )圖分 析物件之動態模式,用以表示系統之行為或流程;最後結合此兩種模式將系統需求轉為實際 控制單元製造系統之 PLC 程式。本文並以單元製造系統控制器之 PLC 程式設計為實例,藉 以說明與驗證上述方法論。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper proposes a methodology to design a cellular manufacturing system controller through the integration of the object-oriented static and dynamic models. IDEF1X and IDEF0 are employed to analyze and design the controller. The static model, IDEF1X data model, presents the relation of objects and the structure of control system, which is described by IDEF1X data model. The dynamic model, which is presented using IDEF0 activity flow diagrams, depicts the behavior of objects and the execution flow. A cellular manufacturing system is exploited to demonstrate how to construct its corresponding PLC programs by integrating these two models. |
