中文摘要 | 纖維強化及高分子修補係克服水泥及混凝土製品於張力、衝擊、 侵蝕、接著等缺 陷的兩種主要方法,本研究乃針對上述方法探討醯胺纖維及環氧樹脂對於水泥糊體強度的影 響。經由一系列不同含量的試驗及其相應的回歸模式顯示,水泥糊體添加醯胺纖維及環氧樹 脂的作用,對於抗壓、抗彎及抗拉強度的效能各異。對於水泥糊體抗彎強度的改善,添加醯 胺纖維的效能大於添加環氧樹脂的效能;而水泥糊體抗壓強度及抗彎強度個別受到醯胺纖維 及環氧樹脂的影響,亦即,醯胺纖維及環氧樹脂二者之間並無交互作用;然而,對於水泥糊 體抗彎強度,醯胺纖維及環氧樹脂彼此卻產生了交互作用。 |
英文摘要 | Fiber reinforcement and polymer modification are two prevailing methods used to overcome the deficiencies of cement and concrete products, such as weaknesses in tension and against impact as well as shortcomings of limited resistance to corrosion and poor adhesion to old cement and concrete products. In this study kevlar fiber and epoxy resin were used to investigate the combined effects of fiber reinforcement and polymer modification on strengths of cement pastes. Testing series of cement pastes of different kevlar and epoxy contents as well as developing multiple variable regression models of strengths revealed that the combined effects of kevlar reinforcement and epoxy modification are not the same for compressive, flexural, and tensile strengths. The improvement of flexural and tensile strengths with kevlar is greater than with epoxy.Furthermore, the compressive and flexural strengths are individually affected by kevlar and epoxy contents, that is, there are no interactions between kevlar and epoxy contents, while for the tensile strength there are interactions between kevlar and epoxy contents. |
