| 英文摘要 | Landing operations, either on a large or small scale, are basically conducted in three stages effective striking is of major significance to landing operations, especially when conducted on a large scale, To a certain extent, striking carried out in advance determines the success or failure in landing operations. Over the years, the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) has devoted major efforts to the study of landing operations. As indicated by the major maneuvers staged in March 1996, the PLA's Second Artillery Corps test-fired missiles while the PLAAF and the PLAN respectively performed drills in the command of the air and sea. This article discusses the PLA's conception of pre-emptive strikes, long-range mobile combat, as well as the command of the air and sea. |
