中文摘要 | 本研究以杉木[Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb). Hook]為原料,試材尺寸為3cm × 3cm × 3cm,分別使用 30 °,35 °及 38 °等三種斜度角之刀具,每次進料量固定為 300g,以羽車式削片機製造粒片,測量其動力的消耗與粒片形質。再以所切得之粒片製造密 度 0.6g/cm �臚妊瞍h構造粒片板,並測定其成板之性質。 得知. 斜度角 38 °時切得之粒 片厚度較大,淨耗電量總和最小,其餘粒片之性狀均較斜度角 30 °及 35 °者為佳。粒片 板之強度性質除了靜曲彈性係數外,均以斜度角為 30 °者較佳,而靜曲彈性係數則以斜度 角為 38 °者為大。 斜度角 30 °切得之粒片所製之粒片板強度符合 CNS-2215 規定 150 型之標準,35 °及 38 °者僅達 100 型之標準。 |
英文摘要 | China-fir[Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook] was used in this study as raw material to make particles by wing beater mill processing, the size of specimen was 3cm × 3cm × 3cm, and the rake angle was 30 °,35°and 38 °, respectively, the weight of feeding was 300g each cutting. Single-layer particleboards were made at panel density of 0.6g/cm �� by using those particles produced in different rake angle. The relationships among rake angle, particle quality, particleboard quality and power consumption of wing beater mill were investigated in this study. the results were summarized as follows: 1.All of the particle qualities made by rake angle of 38 ° were better than those made by other rake angles (30 ° and 35 ° ), except thickness of particle. 2.The lowest power consumption of wing beater mill was found in the cutting condition of 38 ° rake angle. 3.Except static bending MOE, all strength values of particleboard made by the particle produced with 30 ° rake angle were higher than those made by the particle produced with the rake angle of 38 ° and 35 ° 4.All of the strength properties of particleboards made by the condition of 38 °,35 ° and 30 ° rake angle, could meet the requirement for those of Type 100 and 150 described in CNS-2215, respectively. |
