中文摘要 | 教育行政溝通係指教育行政組織團體或個人,對教育行政的問題,目標、任務等事項,透過適當的溝通管道,彼此交換意見、觀念、態度、思想,以達成彼此認識及了解的歷程,其目的在集思廣益,建立共識,完成教育目標。 溝通依不同的分類標準而有不同的種類。依結構來看,可分為正式溝通與非正式溝通:依溝通的對象分類而言,可分為上行溝通、下行溝通、平行溝通與斜行溝通,依溝通的媒介,可分為資訊網路溝通、書面溝通、口頭溝通與肢體語言溝通;依溝通的方向分類,可分為單向溝通與雙向溝通。在訊息傳遞的過程中,有些因素可能是影響雙方有效溝通的障礙,這些障礙因素包括:語文的表達、參照架構、過濾作用、地位差距、組織結構、防禦心理、有意的掩飾、過大的訊息負荷量、時間壓力、傳聞等。 為達成溝通的目的,教育行政有效溝通應把握下列原則:訊息明確化、訊息知識化、兼採不同的溝通方式、溝通時效化、運用多種溝通媒介、運用動機原則、訊息要具有說服力、重視民主化、把握合理化原則、把握經驗技巧、充分尊重對方尊嚴、語氣溫和態度誠懇、。 溝通猶如人體的血液一樣,由於血液不斷循環,促進新陳代謝,使人體各部位器官都能正常運作,所謂「沒有溝通就沒有組織」、「行政無它,溝通而已」,此即為溝通最佳的詮釋。 |
英文摘要 | Communication in education administration refers to individuals or organizations in education exchanging opinions, ideas, attitudes and thoughts about the aims, tasks and problems through appropriate communication channels in the process of mutual understanding for building consensus and eventually achieves the goals of education. Communication can be divided into categories according to different classification criteria. In terms of the structure, it can be classified into formal and informal ones; in terms of the objects, it can be hierarchical, peer, and cross-units ones; in terms of the media, it can be internet, written oral, and body language ones; in terms of the directions, it can be one-way and two-way ones. In the process of information dissemination, some elements are possibly the barriers that affect effective communication between both sides. These elements include language expression, reference framework, filtering, position distance, organizational structure, defensive attitude, covering up, information overloading, time pressure and hearsay. To aim at communication, efficient communication in education administration should keep these principles, such as making information concrete, pervasive, electronic, adopting different communication approaches, communication within timeframe, taking various media, motivating others, performing democratic and rational practices, displaying experiences and skills, respecting others with gentle tone and sincere attitude. Communication is like the blood in human body: the constant circulation of the blood causes the organs of the blood working properly. The statements like ithout communication, there is no organization.? and dministration is but communication.? All those are the best interpretation of communication. |
