英文摘要 | Fe-based and Co-based amorphous ribbons coated with Tb-Fe-Co magneto-optical (M-O) film by sputtering have been investigated. The thickness of M-O films is about 90nm. The amorphous ribbon sample for measuring the soft magnetic properties is a tape with dimension of 5mm × 150mm × 25um. The M-O film was magnetized by using a magnetizing fixture with different pole pitch about 2, 5, 10 mm. The B-H loops of the amorphous ribbons were measured with applied field from 10 Oe to 40 Oe with frequency range from 500 Hz to 30 kHz. The amplitudes of Fourier spectrum are increased markedly. For Co-Based amorphous ribbon sputtered with M-O film, the amplitude of first harmonic for magnetized sample is 32.4 dB greater than that of the unmagnetized sample, under applied field of 10 Oe and frequency 5 kHz. For Fe-based amorphous ribbon sputtered with M-O film, the amplitude of first harmonic for magnetized sample is 24.6 dB greater than that of the unmagnetized sample, under applied field of 30 Oe and frequency 5 kHz. |
