英文摘要 | The Kerr angle of TbFeCo film on Co-base amorphous ribbon can be enhanced to a maximum value by adjusting the thickness of the A1N dielectric layer. There is a remarkable increase of Kerr angle with value 1.85 degree at wavelength 640nm. At wavelength 780nm, the Kerr angle of magneto-optical medium on Co-base amorphous ribbon has been significantly enhanced by a factor of 3.1 as compared to that on Al foil. Accordingly, by adjusting a quarter-wave dielectric film coated on the M-O layer and using Co-base amorphous film as a reflector, it is possible to use green light or even blue light for M-O recording. |
