中文摘要 | 本研究應用熱重分析(TGA)及熱裂解-氣相層析-質譜法(Py-GC/MS),就蓮霧枝幹木粉進行分析。試驗結果顯示:藉由TGA檢測蓮霧枝幹半纖維素之熱裂解溫度區間為237-252℃、纖維素為318-320℃,而木質素則為446-452℃。經Py-GC/MS分析熱裂解產物,含有醛、酸和酮類化合物、芳香族化合物及酚類化合物等。藉由探討蓮霧枝幹各部位之熱裂解溫度、熱解產物及其含量,故可作為製炭時的操控指標。本研究所建立簡易快速、樣品需求少、不需要前處理、高敏感度及再現性良好的分析方法,將可提供作為發展其他生質材料之多元化應用。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to analyze "Eugenia javanica" Lam (wax apple) wood powder by using TGA and Py-GC/MS. Based on the results of this work, it was found that the pyrolysis temperature zones of hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin were within the ranges of 237-252℃, 318-320℃, and 446-452℃, respectively. Pyrolysis products obtained included compounds, such as aldehyde, acid, ketone, aromatic elements, and phenol. By investigating pyrolysis temperature and chemical contents of wax apple wood taken from different portions of the trunk are helpful control indexes for manufacturing charcoal. It appears that the technique used for the analysis in this study is simple, fast, sensitive and easily reproducible and no pretreatment is required. Therefore, such process has a great potential to be used effectively to develop derivatives biomass materials for various applications. |
