中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討不飽和聚酯╱環氧樹脂在不同比例下(100/0,10/90,20/80, 30/70 ,0/100)所製得的互穿型高分子網狀結構(IPN),其互相摻合所產生的微相不均勻 相容特性,使得環氧樹脂基材呈現寬頻高阻尼振的現象。由動態力學分析(DMA)結果顯示 ,隨著不飽和聚酯添加量的增加,材料的阻尼溫度範圍逐漸拉寬並移向較低溫度,且損失模 數(E")波峰之積分面積值(LA)亦隨之增加,而平均分子鬆弛活化能則降低。尤其在不飽 和聚酯╱環氧樹脂比例是30/70時,其阻尼溫度範圍約有60∼70℃,其LA值將近是環氧樹脂 的2∼4倍,而平均分子鬆弛活化能則僅為環氧樹脂的1/4∼1/2。另外由熱重分析也發現互穿 網狀型高分子的分解起始溫度較低,但在450℃以上時,大約都仍有20%以上重量留存未損 失。 |
英文摘要 | In this project, we focus on the IPN of unsaturated polyester and epoxy with various ratio(100/0,90/10,80/20,70/30,0/100), and study the damping properties of the IPNs. On Dynamic Mechanical Analysis(DMA), the experimental results show that the temperature range of the damping area of the IPN was broadened, and the peak of the loss modulus was shifted to the lower temperature as increasing the content of unsaturated polyester. Especially when the unsaturated polyester/epoxy ratio was 30/70, the temperature range of the damping area of the IPN was about 60~70℃, and the average activation energy of molecular relaxation was only about half of that of the epoxy. The results of the Thermal Gravimetry Analysis(TGA) show that the onset temperature of the IPN was lower than that of unsaturated polyester or epoxy alone, but the residue weight of IPN was more than 20% over 450℃. |
