中文摘要 | 本研究利用影像處理準確地量測出毛豆完整葉片面積及遭受害蟲咀食之破洞面積 ,進一步地評估害蟲之危害度,解決以往使用肉眼判斷所產生的不準確及不客觀的問題或傳 統葉面積儀只能量測正常葉片面積的問題。 整個實驗用影像擷取系統包括了:1)CCD 彩色攝 影機;2)Imascan 影像擷取卡:3) 輔助光源; 實驗結果證實 24 組正常葉片面積量測結果與 葉面積儀所量測出之平均誤差值僅 0.23% .相關係數達 97.8%。 |
英文摘要 | The major goal of this research was to accurately measure complete area in Soybean leaf and hole area caused by insect. The severity of disease was thus estimated by the proposed system. The proposed system resolved inaccurate and subjective problem with human vision or problem which merely measured normal area on leaf with Li-Go area meter in the past. The entire experimental system includes: 1) color CCD camera; 2) Imascan image acquisition card; 3) auxiliary lighting. Measuring with the proposed system and Li-Go area meter, mutual average measured error is 0.23% and correlation coefficient is 97.8%. |
