中文摘要 | 一座位於台中地區的簡易式循環水養鰻池,在飼養期間以浮性餌料進行餵食並將 感測器置於索餌區, 連續八天量測其環境因于 (水溫、酸鹼值、導電度、大氣壓力和溶氧 ) 以評估養鰻池在研發超集約養鰻池自動化餵食系統之前,池中的環境水質因子是否適宜用 來判別鰻群索餌的強弱。 統計分析結果顯示,在養鰻池中有進行投餌測試之連續 7 組量測 值中,各組之溶氧變異數的範圍則介於 0.11 ∼ 0.40 間,均大於整天均無進行投餌測試時 之溶氧變異數值 0.02,而其他因子之變異則與有、無進行投餌測試並無顯著的差異。 因此 ,溶氧的變異與投餌之有否,有著顯著的關連。經進一步觀察分析投餌後短時間內溶氧的變 動,得知判定鰻魚群索餌的強弱與溶氧上升的大小、延遲上升的時間及餵食期間在溶氧感測 器附近之投餌區出現集結索餌約次數有關。因此,利用溶氧感測器在餵食鰻魚期間以判斷攝 食的強弱來設計超集約養鰻池自動化餵食系統是可行的。 |
英文摘要 | Enviroment factors (water temperature, dissolved oxygen , hydrogen ion concentration, atmosphere, and electricity conductance ) in an indoor water reuse eel culture system, located in the basement of a building in Tai-Chung, were measured continuously in 8 days and analyzed to find the variances offactors in order to evaluate whether the factors used to judge the appetite in an eel culture system were adequate for eel before the development of the intelligently automatic feeding system of super-dense eels culture system.The floating feeds were adopted and all water-used sensors were fixed near the feeding field in the experiment The results of statistic analyses showed that the range of dissolved oxygen variance in individual feeding test was between 0.11 and 0.40, greater than the dissolved oxygen variance 0.02 in processing the 8th test without feeding anymore, in processing continuous 7 tests with feeding. There were no obvious differences for the variances of the other factors except for dissolved oxygen because of processing feeding tests or not.Therefore there were obvious references between the variance of dissolved oxygen and the activity of feeding. By the advanced observations of dissolved oxygen changes in 100 seconds, we concluded that the judgement of eel feeding was concerned with the magnitude of dissolved oxygen change, the delay of dissolved oxygen rising, and the frequency of the eels togethering of searching near the feeding field with a dissolved oxygen sensor located in the feeding process. |
