中文摘要 | 廢棄物是人類一有活動即會產生的產物,也是資源消耗的結果,但分析其中成 份,發現可再利用者達九十%左右,若直接掩埋不但污染環境,亦會造成資源浪費,因此 ,廢棄物宜先以"資源"看待,予回收再利用,不應立即丟棄。本文即是以原物質回收方式 ,進行對廢輪胎磨成粉粒的應用技術探討,期能對廢橡膠之回收再利用,有進一步的認識 。本文之探討方式,先由廢輪胎回收工廠取得各類廢輪胎碎粒,加以篩選分離,以了解其 粒徑分佈情況;然後再以各類之碎粒,填加於橡膠製品中,以觀察其等填加後對最後產品 的影響。檢測變數為不同碎料粒徑大小及用量,用以了解可填加廢輪胎碎料範圍與性質; 而其對最後產品的影響,則以流變儀及拉力試驗機之數據來說明。結果指出,廢輪胎碎料 填加量增多,會縮短硫化時間、增加硫化時的扭力,碎粒粒徑大小的影響則較不明顯;而 拉力試驗則指出,在所加範圍內,填加量愈多、碎粒粒徑愈大,拉力強度與伸長率均有下 降趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | The disposal of scrap tires, as landfill, not only pollutes the environment, but also wastes resources. Since the scrap tires may still have value in some ways; therefore, we should consider recycling them instead of throwing them away. The present, work investigates the effect of adding ground-up scrap-tire powder to neoprene rubber formulations. First, the size distribution of the scrap-tire powders, as received from the processing factory, was redetermined. Then, various amounts of this powder in different sizes were added to a standard neoprene formulation to replace carbon black. The effects on the compounding process and the vulcanized rubber were studied with a rheometer and a tensile tester. Results showed that the scorch time was shortened and the torque increased as the amount of the powder increased. The effect of powder sizes was not obvious. Within the range studied, the tensile strength and elongation of products were found to decrease slightly as the amount of the powder added and the size of the powder increased. |
