中文摘要 | 傳統道碴式軌道路線因列車高密度與高速度行駛,需經常配合大量的養護工作, 始能發揮其效能,然這大量之養護工作實為軌道工程之痛,蓋臺灣經濟進步,人民生活水平 提高,人工難僱、工資飛漲,加上近年來環保意識抬頭,木枕取得困難,進口南洋材價格上 揚,使得軌道養護費占事業經營極沉重比例,而有時軌道養護工作仍趕下上軌道破壞速度, 因此軌道改為堅固耐用、經濟效益高、節省維修費用之結構型式,乃時勢之所趨,高雄港 48#-54#碼頭改設為基版式軌道實基於此一考慮,它不僅著眼於減省日後維修養護工作,且 因屬第一次施工兼具研發特性。 |
英文摘要 | To improve the conentional rail of Taiwan Railway Administration, to keep steady train movement, to save maintenance cost actually and to ensure trip security, The Kaohsiung Harbor District #48-#54 piers were replaced with base- plate rail design for the following considerations: to recycle old materials to use heavy rail、to reinforce rail joints、corrosion-proof treatment for fittings 、to construct integrated drainage system、fittings for replacing design. In addition to reinforcing rail structure, base-plate aril is not only able to save rail maintenance cost and to prolong service circle, but also satisfied in ensuring economic benefit and securing traffic safety. |
