中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討不同H型鋼樑與樓板組合構件模式下之防火時效。以CNS 12514標 準火災曲線之昇溫條件,對試體施予不加載之防火試驗,以探討鋼樑在三面受火模式下,防 火時效與被覆厚度及斷面尺度因子間之關係。另以相同斷面尺度因子鋼樑,結合不同型式及 被覆狀況樓板,以探討不同型式樓板及被覆情形對鋼樑防火時效之影響。分析試驗結果後得 知,該模式下之鋼樑被覆厚度、防火時效,與斷面尺度因子增加呈一定的關係。而在相同厚 度及斷面尺度因子下,被覆鋼樑會受樓板影響而改變防火時效。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this paper is to study the fire resistance rating of H- shape steel beams with different slab assemblies. The steel beam is coated by the sprayed fire-resistive material. The slab assemblies are made up of the RC slab and various decks with or without the sprayed fire-resistive material. By the standard time-temperature curve of the CNS 12514 specification, the middle scale specimen under the unloading condition is used in the fire-resisting test. The relationships among the fire rating t, the thickness of the sprayed materials T, and the section scale factor of the steel section (W/D) were established. For the cases with identical T and (W/D) parameters, it is found that the fire rating t of the H-shape steel beam will be affected by the slab assembly. |
