中文摘要 | 本研究發展一瞬時最佳閉路控制法並結合一通用之數值程序以抑制提摩憲柯樑由 於移動質量負載之嚴重動態衝擊產生之過度振動。承載樑大變形造成之幾何非線性已予考慮 ,並以虛擬負載之觀念以處理運動修正項。由解一組線性微分方程式並作座標轉換直至收斂 至一預定之小數值,可減輕建立複雜非線性應變 / 位移關係之負擔。 文中檢驗致動器位置 對控制系統性能之影響並提出控制輸入飽和之效應問題,本研究顯示承受移動質量負載之樑 結構的過度振動可用本文所發展的處理方法予以有效壓制。 |
英文摘要 | An instantaneous optimal closed loop control approach incorporating a general numerical procedure is developed in this work for suppressing the excessive vibration of Timoshenko beams due to the severe dynamic impact of a moving mass load. The geometric nonlinearity due to large deformations of the support beam is taken into account by applying the approach of fictitious loads for kinematic corrections. The complex nonlinear strain-displacement relationship is alleviated by solving a set of linear differential equations and transforming the coordinates successively until the solution converges to a specified small quantity. The effect of actuator location on the performance of the control system designed is examined. The saturation effect of the control input is also addressed. This study shows that excessive vibration of the beam structure traversed by a moving mass load can be effectively suppressed by using the approach developed. |
