中文摘要 | 接觸傳染是造成院內處染最常見的傳播途徑,醫院中的工作人員若能穿著含有抑菌效能的醫療工作服,使污染於工作服上的微生物不繁殖增生,甚至可減少,或是將具抑菌效能的紡織品製作成病人被服或醫療敷料,阻止病人身上或傷口上的微生物生長,對避免致病菌的傳播應有很大的助益。四級胺化合物(quaternary ammonium compounds; QAC) ,由於無毒性被廣泛的應用於食品衛生及環境的消毒與清潔,本研究目的是對含四級胺化合物之抑菌性紡織品進行抑菌性評話,測試菌株包括標準菌株金黃色葡萄球茵(S. aureus ATCC 25923) ,大腸桿茵(E. coli A TCC 25922) ,綠濃桿菌 (P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853) ,傷寒桿菌 (S. typhi CCRC 12948;ATCC 19430) ,含有細菌孢子的枯草桿茵(Bacillus subtilis CCRC 10255)、屬於酵母菌的白色念珠菌(Candida albicans CCRC 20512)等6株,進行1.一般性抑菌測試;2.耐久性抑菌測試,洗滌十週期與洗滌五十週期;3.污染性抑菌測試,未經洗滌紡織品在10%新鮮人類血液與20%牛血清的污染條件等不同條件的抑菌效果。 各類抑菌紡織品的於未洗滌時的抑菌效果,於大腸桿菌對抑菌紡織品的平均抑菌率介於67.9%~98.9%,而綠膜桿菌的抑菌率介於92.7%~99.7%,金黃色葡萄球菌為89.5%~99.5%,引起傷寒的傷寒桿菌為68.6%~85.6%,綜合研究結果測試之抑菌紡織品於未洗滌、重複洗滌十週期與五十週期、10%新鮮人類血液及20%牛血清污染條件下對標準測試菌均符合基準,抑菌效果皆極優越。 |
英文摘要 | Personnel contact accounts for the most common way in nosocomial infection transmission. Garment made from fabrics impregnated with compound having antibacterial activity provide an effective way in preventing transmission of hospital pathogens by arresting colonization and growth of microorganisms. Quaternary ammonium compounds (QAC), being non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, are widely used in food and environmental sanitary. Gown, dressing and linen made from fabrics impregnated with QACs elect candidate in modem medicine in preventing nosocomial infection. AIM - Assure antibacterial activity of QAC-impregnate fabrics in 4 environmental commensals (S. aureus ATCC 25923, E. coli ATCC 25922, P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853, S. typhi CCRC 12948;ATCC 19430). Method - Clean and soiled linen were tested for antibacterial activity, respectively. Result - For clean linen, QAC-fabrics have had67.9-98.9% antibacterial activity in E. coli, 87.2-98.5% in P. aeruginosa, 92.6-99.7 in Staphylococcus aureus, and 80.6-94.5% in Salmonella typhi. In 10% human blood and 20% bovine serum soiled linen, QAC-fabrics comprise the same antibacterial activity as in clean linen. Conclusion - QACs-impregnate fabrics provide a novel textile for variable hospital linen in modem medicine to halt nosocomial infection. |
