中文摘要 | 過去幾年中半導體產業在臺灣經濟發展上扮演著重要的角色。為 持續保持其競爭力,半導體產業對優質電力的依賴與日俱增。許多電 力品質改善的措施已經陸續被開發出來,以降低半導體產業對供電品 質的疑慮。然而對眾多不同的電力品質問題,其改善方法在價格上可 能會有很大差異。解決電力品質問題需採用有系統性的方法才能達到 經濟與有效的目的,本論文針對半導體產業電力品質問題提供系統性 的解決方案及建議,以期達到改善電力品質的目的。 |
英文摘要 | In the past several years, the semiconductor industry has become an important sector in Taiwan's economic development, which has become increasingly reliant on TPC to provide premium power. There are many premium power solutions-the so-called power quality mitigation alternatives- that can ease power quality concerns in a semiconductor fab plant. The choices range from utility-side medium-voltage solutions to customer-side low-voltage solutions. These solutions involve very different costs deal with different problems. It is important to handle the power quality problems using systematic approach. This paper addresses the technical as well as policy issues. Mitigation solutions and recommendations for Taiwan Power Company are given. |
