中文摘要 | 有鑑於快速原型技術目前已十分蓬勃地應用於產品開發過程,但由於RP材質種類與製程等限制,致使目前流行於國內產業界大多以產品零組件組裝(Fit)與外形(Form)確認等應用為主,關於功能性(Function)測試則罕有實際應用。國內產業已逐漸擺脫過去傳統代工角色,進而具有自行研發產品誕生,尤其以五金工具等產品自主性甚高,故快速原型技術更需朝金屬原型發展,但若能整合電腦輔助設計分析與快造模等技術,更能有效率地發揮快速原型意義,提供設計者快速測試,以修正設計,進而縮短產品開發時程。 |
英文摘要 | Although the application of rapid prototype has been widely used in the industry, but its major application was limited to check both form and fit in the product development. It is rare for functional test because its material property can’t endure the actual load during physical test. The metal rapid prototypes are more important for there are more original design products developed in Taiwan, especially in the industries of hardware tooling. The main purpose of this paper is to present a total solution to reduce the time to market, the integration of CAD/CAE/RP/RT is the right way to make it rapidly. |
