中文摘要 | 由叉指換能器所產生的表面聲波之波傳特性與液體負載之聲電特性有關。表面聲 波液體感測器即是量測由液體負載所造成之波傳改變量,並更進一步地加[以辨識。在本文 中,我們建立了一套鑑定液體負載的量測系統,包含了向量網路分析儀、個人電腦、量測數 據存取軟體及相關電路。執行全雙埠校正技術,並配合時域量測技術,所量測得之散射參數 可以用來計算表面聲波之相位速度及插入損耗。在薄膜金屬覆層下所量測的表面聲波波速與 理論值加以比較,誤差在百分之零點一三。利用所建立的量測系統,鑑定去離子水及去離子 水與不同質量百分比之氯化鉀溶液負載的散射參數,並計算其表面聲波波傳特性。結果顯示 在相對速度變化曲線及傳輸係數變化曲線中可以觀察到張弛現象。本文之結果,有助於爾後 設計表面聲波化學及生化感測器。 |
英文摘要 | Propagation characteristics of surface acoustic waves (SAWs) generated by inter-digital transducers are functions of electric and acoustic properties of liquid loadings. The SAW liquid sensor is designed to detect variations of propagation characteristics and, furthermore, to recognize liquid loadings. A measurement system, which consists of a vector network analyzer, a personal computer, data acquisition software and auxiliary circuits, for characterizing liquid loadings is developed in this paper. Using the full two-port calibration method and time domain measurement technique, the measured scattering parameters can be used to compute the phase velocity and insertion loss of SAW. The error of the measured phase velocity of SAW for the metal surface is 0.13%. Deionized water and aqueous solutions with different mass concentrations of Potassium Chloride (KCl) are characterized using the measurement system. The relaxation phenomena are observed in the fractional velocity change and transmission coefficient change curves. Results obtained can be used to design SAW chemical and biochemical sensors. |
