中文摘要 | 為提昇純量場量測之效率,本文基於雷射誘發螢光原理設計一新型之一維陣列濃 度量測系統,此系統可同時量測呈直線排列之35測點,依實驗結果得知系統雜訊之控制對量 測資料之品質有相當重要之影響,其控制方式除可由電路本身調整外,尚可藉加裝濾光鏡、 針孔、線路隔離及增加散熱效率等方法改善,由此可使35個偵測頻道之濃度率定精度分別介 於0.07ppb至0.16ppb間,某R□值皆大於0.9999O以上。另由純圓管射流之驗證實驗中, 無論於射流平均濃度場或紊流結構,其結果皆與以往之研究相近,更甚者,本文之量測系統 可大幅改善以往資料離散之現象,依實驗之結果顯示本文之系統係一相當優良之濃度場研究 工具。 |
英文摘要 | To enhance the efficiency of scalar field investigation, a multi-channel detection system which is able to detect the concentrations of 35 measuring points simultaneously is developed in the study. According to the experimental results, the noise characteristics shall affect the quality of the concentration data. The method employed in our study is obviously successful in controlling the noise level. The calibration precision of 35 channels ranges from 0.07 ppb to 0.l6 ppb while the coefficients of determination are larger than 0.9999 for all of the channels. From the scalar measurements of pure jet flow, it is found that the results perfectly agree with those of previous studies while, due to the simultaneous measurement, the amount of data which deviates from the fitting curve is largely decreased. It is concluded that the system possesses superior ability in investigating the characteristics of scalar field. |
