英文摘要 | A screw dislocation in a thin deposited on a semi-infinite substrate with the perfectly bonded interface and slipping interface is investigated. The displacement, stress field, strain energy and image force of screw dislocation are obtained in terms of an infinite series or closed form. The stress contours are plotted and found that the boundary conditions are satisfied. The stable and metastable points are found in the substrate and thin film, respectively, when the shear modulus ratio of thin film to substrate is larger than unity with the perfectly bonded interface. The screw dislocation is always attracted to the slipping interface. |
