中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討按摩、伸展對延遲性肌肉酸痛症狀之影響。14 名未接受規律運動 訓練之一般大學生,隨機分配為按摩組或伸展組。受試者皆進行負重半蹲運動(負荷為自我 身體之重量),來誘發股四頭肌以產生延遲性肌肉酸痛。伸展組於運動後立即接受 10 分鐘 之伸展, 按摩組則在運動後 2 小時後接受 15 分鐘之按摩, 之後兩組皆於運動後 24、48 與 72 小時後各再接受同樣之處理,並測量運動前與運動後 24、48 與 72 小時兩組受試者 之關節活動度,血中之肌酸激�t與自覺疼痛指數等值,資料收集後以二因子變異數分析考驗 其之差異。 研究結果顯示:1. 兩組其血中肌酸激�t於 24 與 48 小時時顯著較其他時段為 高; 2. 按摩組於各時段其肌酸激�t活性皆小於伸展組,顯示按摩處理對降低肌酸激�t活性 有較佳之效果; 3. 按摩組於各時段其疼痛指數皆大於伸展組,顯示伸展處理對降低疼痛指 數有較佳之效果;4. 伸展組之關節活動度高於按摩組,然未達統計顯著水準。 |
英文摘要 | This purpose of the study was to investigated the effects of massage and stretch on delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). Fourteen untrained, volunteer male subjects were randomly assigned to either a massage or stretch group. All subjects underwent an exercise bout at a workload equal to their own body weight. Subjects in stretch groups received a 10-minute passive stretch immediately following exercise. Two hours after exercise, subjects in massage groups received a 15-minute massage. Treatments were reapplied at 24, 48 and 72 hours after exercise. Plasma creatine kinase (CK), range of motion (ROM) and muscles soreness index of the quadriceps were determined at the 0 hour (before exercise) and again at 24, 48 and 72 hours after treatment. Data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA on independent groups and repeated measurements. Statistical significant level was set at.05. The results showed that: 1.Both groups increases significantly in CK level at 24 and 48 hrs level when compared to the level before exercise. 2. The plasma CK level in massage group was significantly lower than the level in the stretch group. 3.The soreness index of the quadriceps in stretch group was significantly lower than the soreness index in massage group. The muscle soreness index at 24 and 48 hrs in the massage group showed significant increases after exercise, but not in the stretch group. It was indicated that the treatment of stretch can reduce the soreness response better than massage. 4.The stretch group seemed to have higher ROM than the massage group, although the difference didn't reach the statistical significant level. Within the limitations and delimitation of the study, the following conclusion was made: stretch was effective for relieving muscle soreness, and massage was effective for reducing CK level. |
