中文摘要 | 本文將瓶頸路段階梯式收費模式中排隊擁擠成本與無擁擠最佳收費為線性之假設 以非線性之��分配加以檢定。結果顯示最佳單階段及兩階段收費結構在��分配之非線性模式 下與一般常用之線性模式下所能產生之總排隊擁擠時間減少效果之差距幅度不大,其最大差 距也僅有 8 %以下。 足見階梯式收費模式在線性假設下所推導出之種種結論是信賴度極高 的研究成果。 |
英文摘要 | This paper estimates the step toll scheme for a queuing bottleneck with non-linear β distribution model instead of linear model. It is shown that effects of the optimal single- and double-step toll schemes under �� distribution model on queuing reduction make little differences with those under linear model. The maximum difference that the two models made is less than 8%. Therefore, many conclusions proposed by applying the linear step toll scheme model are highly reliable. |
