中文摘要 | 毛奇齡(1623~1716),字大可,又字初晴,浙江蕭山人,學者稱西河先生,是明末 清初著名的學者。學識淵博,淹貫群書,著述亦甲於當代,所學多端,才能出眾,最自負者 在於經學,透過其詳博的論述、細密的考證及精彩的論辯,常能使人重明經書大義,勘破注 疏之迷。而毛氏的經學論述中,禮學相關著作多達十六種,均是遍核群書,將前人訛錯一一 刊正,其中又以家禮學之著述,範圍及於婚禮、喪禮、祭禮學的探析,更可說是其畢生精力 之所在,尤其值得我們重視。 本文即以毛氏家禮學中之婚禮學為研究範圍,透過整理其著作、歸納其見解、考證前人 之說及略述個人淺見等方法,呈現毛氏婚禮學之精要詳實與駁雜不安處。婚禮是人倫之始, 向為歷代說禮者所重視,但歷代儒者討論婚禮,多以《儀禮》、《禮記》為依歸,二經未論及 或錯誤之處,前儒多不敢置一詞,甚而對二經注疏之誤,亦率多因循。毛氏所論婚禮,則恆 以人情為考量,而以《春秋》等古籍為據,不迷信經書,也不墨守注疏,將民俗導正於儒禮, 對當世及後代,影響都至為明顯。但其所論亦有訛謬失誤之處,則也是我們應該注意辨析的。 |
英文摘要 | Mao, Chie-Lin(1623-1716), first academic name ask dako, second academic name as Tsuchin, from Hsiaosan, Chekiang, was called as Mr. Hsiho by scholorsand was a distingushed scholor in the late ming dynasty and early ching dynasty. Many books were well digested and completely understood by him. Being erudite, he made the most literary works of the contemporary. Wide scopes of his learning, out standing talent, he was the proudest of the theory of Chinese classics. Through his detailed and erudite treatises, precise criticism, and attractive debates, It can make people to reunderstand the genal meaning of Chinese classics and and also look through the wrong path of notes and conmmentories. Nevertheless among the Mao's Chinese classic theories, there are 16 kinds of literary works related to the rite theroy. They were generally tried to verify from many books and corrected errors of former people one by one. Furthermore, of them the scope of literary works ofrites, which covers the exploration of wedding rites, funeral rites, sacrifice rites, is may to say as the location of stamina in his whole life and deserved to be paid much attention particularly. This article is right utilize the wedding rite theory in the Mao's family rite theory to be the research scope. By arranging his literary works, categorizing his opinions, verifing the saying of former people, and describing briefly my own shallow opinions, it can display the unstable locations of the essential, accurate, and veriegated Mao's theory of wedding rites. The wedding ceremony which is the beginning of principles of human relationships is hitherto paid much attention by the rites speakers in successive generations, but more confucian through all ages discussed the wedding rites in accordance with "Exquisiteness rites" and "Book of rites". Most of former confucian dare not say one word to the locations where were not discussed in the two books or erroneous, so much so that they almost followed routine for the errors of notes and commentaries in the two Chinese classics. The wedding rites which were discussed by Mao considers human sentiments forever and bases on "The spring and autumn annals" and other ancient classics, he didn't not only believe classic books blindly but also stick to notes and commentaries. It affected to the contemporary and the later generations very apparently for him to conduch folks into the conficious rites. But there are still errors and mistakes in locations where he discussed, and so we should pay more attention to judging and analyizing it. |
