中文摘要 | 條鋼尺寸之精度影響下游廠商產品製程及成本,中鋼公司規劃條鋼二場生產大 尺寸高品級條鋼盤元,其設備具備有產品低脫碳層、可作控溫軋延等特性。為使產品尺寸達 到高精度,以提昇產品之競爭力, 經由中鋼與德國 SCHLOEMANN SIEMAG (SMS) 公司研議在 配合現有設備條件下, 由 SMS 研究發展 " 尺寸自動控制系統 " (Auto Size Control System) 稱稱 ASC,以提昇產品尺寸精度, 該系統抱括: 1. 液壓式輥隙控制 (Hydraulic Gap Control):以液壓缸取代機械螺桿式設計,達到精密調整及偵測軋輥間隙之目的。 2. 自動輥隙控制 (Auto Gauge Control): 於下軋輥軸承座下裝設壓力偵測裝置 (Load Cell 與 Pressure Transducer),以因應鋼種、溫度之變化而隨時的調整軋輥間隙。 3. 尺寸自 動調整控制 (Monitor Control):於完軋機之出口端裝設雷射掃瞄裝置,作全時間偵測鋼材 之尺寸變化,再回饋至輥隙調整系統調整輥隙,達到高精度尺寸控制之目的。 " 尺寸自動 控制系統 "(ASC) 於正式裝設完成使用後,經由不斷之測試與調整,其產品尺寸精度已可達 預期之精度要求,目前維護與操作人員繼續於條鋼盤元生產期間,逐步建立各種產品尺寸之 最佳系統參數,並藉由工作經驗之累積,期望可以穩定的產製高尺寸精度之條鋼產品。 |
英文摘要 | Because size precision of bars greatly influences the production process and cost of downstream customers, CSC planned for No.2 bar and rod mill to produce high quality big-sized coil bars with characteristics of low decarberization and control rolling process. To further obtain higher size precision and promote competitivity of coil bar products, CSC incorporated the above coil bar prodction equipments with an auto size control system(abbreviated as ASC) developed by SMS. The system consist of features as follows: 1.Hydraulic gap control: Hydraulic-actuated cylinder used instead of traditional screw down mechanism for precise adjustment and detecting of roll gap. 2.Auto gauge control: With the pressure detecting device of load cell and transducer installed on the bottom roll chock, the roll gap can be automatically adjusted according to the various steel grades and stock temperatures. 3.Monitor control: By laser scanners installed on the delivery side of finishing stand, the product size variation can be detected and fed back to the auto gauge control system for a quick roll gap correction to get high precision size control. After a continuous period of test and adjust since built, the ASC system has achieved expected effect. But the maintenance and operation people still continue to set up the best system parameters for every product size, and through the accumulated experience to get the best maintenance and operation practice to stably produce high precision coil bars. |
