中文摘要 | 條鋼二場條鋼盤元生產設備,規劃具備有產品低脫碳層、高尺寸精度及可作控溫 軋延等特性。為使產品尺寸達到更高精度,以提昇產品之競爭力,經由中鋼與廠商(SMS )討論後, 在配合現有設備之條件下, 決定由SMS研究發展〞尺寸自動控制系統〞( Auto Size Control ),以提昇產品尺寸精度,該系統包括: 1.液壓式輥隙控制系統(HGC):以液壓缸取代機械螺桿式設計,達到精密調整及偵測 軋輥間隙之目的。 2.自動輥隙控制系統(AGC): 於下軋輥之二端裝設壓力偵測裝置( Load Cell 與 Pressure transducer ),以因應鋼種、溫度之變化而隨時的修正軋輥間隙。 3.尺寸自動調整控制系統(MON):於完軋機之出口端裝設雷射掃瞄裝置,以全時間偵測 鋼材尺寸變化,回饋輥隙調整系統隨時調整輥隙,達到尺寸高精度之目的。 目前尺寸自動控制系統(ASC)經由不斷之測試與調整,產品尺寸精度已可達預期之精度 要求,本系統將繼續與設備廠商(SMS)進行軋製中系統參數模式之調整與修改,以達穩 定產製高尺寸精度之條鋼產品。 |
英文摘要 | No.2 bar mill started commissioning on JAN. 1993. Though its products can meet existing market's demand, CSC still hopes the products possess superior competitiveness in the future. Therefore, ASC system was developed in september. 1994, to improve the size accuracy. The ASC system composes of the following function: 1.Hydraulic gap control system(HGC): This system uses hydraulic cylinder instead of traditional motor & worm gear screw down system, to control the roll gap. The high accuracy and quick response of HGC system is essential to the performance of size accuracy. 2.Auto gauge control system(AGC): This system uses the pressure detecting device(load cell or pressure transducer) to measure rolling force deviation and to correct roll gap accordingly. 3.Monitor control system(MON): Laser scanners behind finishing stand to measure hot stock and feedback to AGC control system to correct roll gap to achieve the accurate target size. At present, this ACS system has achieved its expected performance (e.g. φ 38, product size tolerance was upgraded from 0.53mm to 0.27mm).However, boundless improvements are under way to tune-up the system and to reach 1/2 AISI specification. |
