| 中文摘要 | 管理學是現代的顯學,是現代最為熱門的學問,不只是高科技要講求品管,工商企業的財務管理、人事管理,也是攸關其存亡興廢。其實,所謂管理,不應只是對事、對物,或對別人的管理,也包括對自己的管理。一個能管理自己的人,才有條件和能力去管理別人。孔子的學問,談如何立身處世、與人相處,以及如何為君,為臣,也屬於管理學的內涵。本篇論文,分論孔子的施政原則、施政內涵、施政方法。就施政的原則而言,孔予主張法先王、正名分、以德服人、寬厚愛人。就施政的內涵而言,《中庸》第二十章、孔子說:「凡為天下國家有九經,曰:修身也,尊賢也,親親也,大敬大臣也,體群臣也,子庶民也,來百工也,柔遠人也,懷諸候也。」不過,就治國的具體作為,首先,執政者不可以急功近利,而要有遠大的眼光,國家的安危,國防也很重要。為政在人,舉用賢人與否,是施政成敗的關鍵,國君應該用賢,大夫也應該薦賢:另外,孔子主張以禮樂治國,勸政愛民,節稅薄斂,使民以時。至於施政的方法,最重要的是要以德服人,以身作則,「尊五美」、「屏四惡」。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper has three main discussions concerning the principles, the contents, and the ways of governmental executions. As for the executive principles, Confucius advocated to normalize forehand moral kings, to position executives suitably, to modify by mora,l and to love people with forgiveness. As for the executive contents, not only derived from the words of the chapter 20 in "The golden Mean", but going ahead the concrete policies for authorizing countries, the executives should get foresights about making right policies, maintaining country defense, recommending and putting fit executives in executive lines, and the like. As for the executive ways, the most important view is to modify others by moral and to cultivate from the beginning as far as his own. |
