中文摘要 | 組織工程與藥物釋放為目前生技醫藥研發與產業發展的主流,目的在治療人體內 部的病變或防止手術感染之外,並希望透過體內植入物誘導自身細胞與組織的再生,以恢復 或取代因病變而損壞的組織功能。通常的體內植入物包括異種與自體移植、以及人工骨架材 料, 其中人工材料以生物可吸收高分子的發展潛力最受矚目,其中如乳酸 / 甘醇酸共聚物 (PLGA) 因具有可調控的生物分解速率及機械性質, 與優異生物相容性及加工性,遂被普遍 應用於生物植入物,而多孔性的結構在促使細胞再生的實際實用上更有相常大的發展空簡。 |
英文摘要 | Tissue engineering and drug relese have become the most pertinent issues in developing biotechnology and pharmaceutical technologies. Such development focuses not only on treating human diseases and preventing surgical infection, but also inducing autogenous cell or tissue regeneration via uniquely designed bioimplants. The newly formed tissue can repair or replace the function of the defective or diseased organs. Bioimplants include allograft, autograft, and artificial scaffold. Bioresorbale polymers are frequently selected for fabricating bioimplants designed to execute specific wound healing and tissue regeneration function. Among those, poly (lactide-co-glycolide) has controllable biodegradability, excellent biocompatibility, and processability, thereby becoming a highly attractive candidate. Moreover, the porous structure of bioresorbable polymers is an excellent scaffold for cell regeneration. |
