中文摘要 | 本研究的目的,主要是藉著運動生理學、人體生理、及上肢解剖學的基本知識, 來探討鋼琴彈奏傷害形成的原因和機轉、以及預防的方法。 音樂家的彈奏傷害是個重要的課題,雖然藝術表演醫學已經受到廣泛的重視, 但長時間不間斷、及超過人體生理極限的練習,仍然造成許多的彈奏傷害。 學生們由於彈奏技巧與習慣不適當,容易造成彈奏傷害;而且對於彈奏引起 的疼痛與不適,有個錯誤的認知,以為有疼痛才會有進步,往往忽略了彈奏傷害 的嚴重程度,也延誤了治療的時機。由於彈奏傷害並沒有確切的診斷方法,唯有 學生時時提高警覺,仔細回顧疾病進程及完整的身體生理學檢查才是最佳的診斷 方式。 教學者應該教導學生了解人體解剖與生理的知識,練習正確安全的彈奏技巧 與習慣,瞭解彈奏傷害的成因和臨床上的表徵,當遇到彈奏傷害時,可以適當的 處理,早期診斷、早期治療,防止傷害的擴大,讓學生有個安全快樂的學習過程。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study is to review the basic knowledge of sport physiology and anatomy of upper limbs to understand the possible etiology and mechanism of piano playing-related injury. Performing arts medicine has grown into international proportions. Playing-related disorders present a significant health problem for musicians. When the physical stress reaches beyond the body physiologic limits, or when long hours of uninterrupted practice is added to repetitive movement, it is likely to cause trauma to muscles, joints, nerves, and tendons. Traditionally, students feel that they have to practice to the point of pain to achieve maximum benefit. The idea is dangerous among young students. Because many students who experience discomfort did not seek treatment. Students should be taught not to practice through pain. Without early recognition and treatment, transient symptoms can lead to permanent impairment. Prognosis is best with early detection and treatment. There is no objective test for play-related injury. A thorough physical examination and carefully history may be the best diagnostic tools. Save practice habits and reducing repetive and forceful practice are the best way to prevent injury. Students need to be educated on the nature and mechanism of injury. |
