英文摘要 | For automatic spray painting work, operators generally teach the robot to simulate the spray paths. The robot then follows the paths to repeatedly spray the workpieces. For a production line with multiple products, the teaching procedure interrupts the spraying process. This paper discusses the relations between the density of paint and spray speed of a robotic automatic spraying. Whenever the relative position between the workpiece and the spraying gun is given, the density of paint can be calculated according to the moving speed and rotation angle of the spray gun with respect to the object. This is helpful for the successful operation of an automatic spraying system. |
