中文摘要 | 為縮短產品開發時程,利用同步工程觀點,將串聯式的設計活動規劃為並行的設 計作業將是可行方法;為達成上述目標,本文研究以模組化設計方式,來規劃系統並行設計 活動網路。首先利用主客觀推理邏輯,針對一機械系統進行功能需求展開,推演系統內的功 能組成。再由系統特性分析各功能之 I/O 資訊,依據 I/O 資訊的相似度建立功能設計的關 聯性,進一步利用模糊聚類分析方法將系統內的功能區分成多個模組,使模組間資訊耦合變 小、設計獨立性變大,據此規劃並行設計架構。而模組內設計的先後次序,則由各功能設計 的明確度來決定,此部份涉及定性評估,先評估各功能可行技術在系統性能需求 (成本、安 全性、操控性、妥善性 ) 的達成率.再量測各功能的�r值 (entropy) 來評估功能設計的不 確定性,進一步決定模組內串聯設計的先後順序。 |
英文摘要 | Concurrent Engineering has been extensively utilized in product design recently, for shortening a product development time. This paper studies modularity in designing of systems based on I/O information of functions to support concurrent engineering. The functions in a mechanical system are first derived using the intrinsic-extrinic reasoning approach to build the basic units in designing. The I/O information about each function is then analyzed to decide the correlations of functions in designing. Further, the correlations are use to classify the functions into different models in cooperation with fuzzy cluster identification to arrange the activities of concurrent designing. In addition, four indexes, i.e., cost, safety, operating-control and availability, are used to assess the probabilities which feasible technologies meet the functions. The entropy of each function in designing is measured by above assessments for judging the uncertainties of the functions designed. As a result, the priorities of design actions within a module are then established. |
