英文摘要 | Due to the low specific weight, recyclability, near net shape and adaptive to mass production, the demand of magnesium die casting has been rapidly growing for years. Yet the production of die casting is very dependent on machine. The appropriate evaluation and selection of die casting machine is vital for the successful die casting. However the conventional way in selecting a die casting machine emphasizes on the locking force, it is evident not enough for magnesium die casting. In this article, the die casting machine is divided into a few subsystems and the users 'requirements will be recognized through qualitizing and quantitilizing these subsystems. From the table of required specification, the users can make a comparison between the table and capability of each type of die casting machine. Finally the users can make a better choice of die casting machine by a scientific method. |
