中文摘要 | 鯉魚潭水庫士林水力發電工程於考量地質狀況、縮短工期及降低環境衝擊等因素 ,頭水隧道大部份係採用全斷面隧道鑽掘機 (簡稱 TBM) 進行開挖及支撐。由於台灣島位處海 陸板塊交會碰撞帶, 地質複雜且變化大,亦多斷層及褶皺等構造,故 TBM 施工須掌握地質 ,以使隧道工程進行順利。而本工程頭水隧道地質堪稱均質尚佳,並無大構造,頗適合 TBM 施工,但難免遇局部含泥剪裂帶、節理破碎帶或膠結不退之岩盤疏鬆帶等不退地質,足以影 響 TBM 施工安全,甚致導致抽坍,故在經探查及以不同工法修復處理,終使 TBM 順利鑽掘 通過。本文簡要探討頭水隧道遭遇不良地質發生災變之施工處理, 俾對爾後類似隧道工程之 TBM 設計及施工有所助益,進而有利於提升國內隧道施工技術,及 TBM 工法之推廣。 |
英文摘要 | Condidering the geological condition, the excavation period and to reduce the environmental impact, a TBM(tunnel Boring Machine) was employed for the tunnelling of the headrace tunnel of the Liyutan Reservoir Shihlin Hydropower Project. Since Taiwan is located on the collision zone between sea plate and continental plate from the plate tectonic theory, the geology is complex and varied. Fault and fold structures are well developed. Understanding geology is necessary for TBM's smooth progressing. The geological condition of the leadrace tunnel is fair for TBM tunnelling. Local poor geology such as shear zone, fracture zones and loose rocks are encountered which are critical to the TBM excavation. With effective investigation and different treatment methods, collapse problems were overcome, This paper, introducing the treatment of the geological hazards, will be beneficial to future design and construction of similar tunnelling work, and TBM tunnelling promotion. |
