中文摘要 | 生物劑量於輻射防護人員劑量評估範疇內有它的特殊意義,先進國家均有專業實 驗室從事之。經過二十多年來的發展,已建立以染色體變異分析做為主要生物劑量評估的方 向,近幾年由於螢光單株抗體免疫技術的進步,已可計量細胞基因突變的效應,故藉由基因 突變測定作為生物劑量的評估方法已形成一項新的研究方向。本文敘述利用日本發展的淋巴 球受體基因突變測定技術,文中確定突變率背景值範圍,確定淋巴球受體基因突變率測定的 誤差範圍, 並討論利用受碘﹣ 131 處理之甲狀腺疾病患者血液突變率和幅射劑量的關係和 應用於生物劑量評估優劣點等。 |
英文摘要 | Biological dosimetry stands for the special meanings on the personnel radiation dose, especially at the case of no badge dose record. Many countries have established national laboratories to work on this biological dosimetric field. Through more than 20 years' development, the main stream is chromosome aberration analysis, however, and during recent years, the development of monoclonal antibody promoted the techniques of mutant measurements more accessable. This study described the techniques of detection and measurement on the T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) gene mutants, data on TCR gene mutation rates of background and its standard deviation, the dose-effect relationship on I-131 treated thyroid patients versus TCR gene mutation rates and the discussion on TCR gene mutation assay. |
