中文摘要 | 營建專案資源限制排程的擬定是相當不易,尤其事前的規劃作業,若能涵蓋日後 可能的變異性,將有助於規劃所欲達成之管控目標,然而傳統專案排程對於工期之決定多未 考量其變異性,有鑑於此,本研究結合網圖分析技術與蒙地卡羅模擬技術,提出一考量工期 變異之啟發式解法。於此方法中,本研究假設作業項目工期為一機率性分配,依經多次之模 擬試行,可決定專案之K條要徑、路徑臨界指標與作業臨界指標,並藉上述之臨界指標作為 專案資源配置之權重法則的依據。由於K條最可能要徑、「路徑臨界指標」與「作業臨界指 標」涵蓋工期可能之變異,以之作為進度管理之要點,應更符合實務之運用。而應用蒙地卡 羅模擬技術不但無傳統機率整合不易之問題,又可適用不同之工期機率。 |
英文摘要 | Resource scheduling is a crucial task in project planning and control, especially when some of the project resources are of limited supply. Due to the competition for resources among project activities, the project planner has to devise a strategy for delaying the early start time of some activities along the project network to satisfy all resource constraints. The purpose of this study is to offer an efficient yet flexible way of solving this type of problems in construction planning. This paper first identifies the major deficiencies in conventional network-based scheduling methods for performing resource scheduling in construction projects. An innovative heuristic-based resource scheduling methodology is proposed. In the methodology, the concepts of path criticality and activity priority are incorporated. For capturing the duration variability of project activities, Monte Carlo Simulation method is employed. The major contribution of the study is the provision of a transparent resource-scheduling algorithm that properly reflects various non-deterministic aspects of construction project networks. |
