中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討回流教育思潮下,校園內生態結構改變所導致的相關議題,瞭解成人學生在擔負多重角色身份時,所產生的特殊需要及心理適應情形。研究對象是以參與各推廣教育課程之學員,以自編之「多重角色問卷」進行調查,內容包含:個人資料、角色衝突、社會支持及修定自Argyle(1987)所編之Oxford Happiness Inventory而成的幸福感量表等四部份。結果發現:一、多重角色除了不可免之的角色衝突外,更重要的是幸福感的增進。二、社會支持與個體生活適應間關係密切。三、家庭及工作對角色衝突及幸福感均有極大影響。四、社會支持來源主要在於父母、配偶及同儕。五、角色衝突與幸福感之關係仍待考量。 |
英文摘要 | The study is to examine the corresponding changes of adult students to the evolving ecosystem in the campus. It is intended to understand the multiple-role adult students with respect to their psychological and special needs. Some guidances are proposed accordingly. The subjects under examination are selected from the students participating in the extension education in colleges. Subjects are tested using the Test of Multiple-roles, including role conflict, social conflict and well-being (revised from The Oxford Happiness Inventory). The results are firstly, multiple roles not only result in role conflict but also enhance well being; secondly, social support and adjustment in life are highly related; thirdly, family and work have significant influence on role conflict and well being; fourthly, the main social supports are from parents, spouse and classmates; and finally, the relationship between role conflict and well-being warrants further discussion. |
