中文摘要 | 本文提出一種應用靈敏度指標法於配電系統中,以決定虛功率補償之位置、電容 器的大小及數目。在匯流排上電壓限制及考慮電容器容量不連續性的限制條件下,尋求包含 饋線功率損失成本及電容器補償成本的總成本(目標函數),能降到最低。其中為了減少計 算時間,本文使用一組饋線負載潮流方程式,來計算饋線功率損失,以減少搜尋靈敏點的時 間。最後本文以一IEEE簡單的配電系統為例,應用本文所提方法計算求解,再與遺傳演算 法求得之結果做比較,驗證本文方法之簡易性與有效性。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents an optimal capacitor allocation method that uses sensitivity indices for primary distribution systems. Optimal capacitor allocation determines the size and location of capacitors to be installed on a distribution feeder that will reduce peak power losses while minimizing the costs of investment and installation of the capacitor banks. In the method, sensitivity indices are used to priority the nodes for capacitor allocation, such that both power losses are reduced and node voltages are improved for a given load pattern. The proposed method has been applied to an IEEE test feeder. The computational results show that the proposed method can quickly achieve a global optimal or near-global optimal solution. Moreover, the proposed method is relatively simple and effective compared with the Genetic Algorithms (GA). |
