中文摘要 | 潤滑磨損的微量磨損體積是磨損研究中最重要的量測變數之一。本文利用粗度儀 的特性及粗度參數Rt與Ra的物理意義,推導出兩種可以在不同磨損狀況下,無論是點接 觸、線接觸或面接觸均可使用簡單2-D粗度儀計算出潤滑磨損的微量磨損體積公式。並且 利用不同實驗條件證實此方法在難以用電子天秤與直接幾何關係式量測的各種微量磨損情 況,均可以得到足夠精度的答案,此方法簡易可以應用於研究領域或工業界的量測工作。 |
英文摘要 | Wear volume in lubricatred wear is one of important factors for studying wear models. In this paper, wear volume formulas that takes into account the physical meaning of surface roughness parameters and nature of profilometry are proposed. These formulas using 2-D profilometry are suitable for all kinds of contact types. The agreement between theoretical and experimental wear volumes from lubricated sliding experiments was remarkably good. These results would suggest that the methods using balance and geometrical relations are not consistent with mild wear conditions. These simple formulas are available for research work and industrial application. |
