英文摘要 | 1、Responses of grass prawn, Penaeus monodon, to an anesthetic, 2-phenoxyethanol, were investigated in this study. The results showed that induction time tended to increase with higher concentration of 2-phenoxyethanol. It was also found that the induction time and anesthetic concentration of 2-phenoxyethanol on P. monodon were much longer and higher than those of fishes and abalone. 2-phenoxyethanol thus did not seem to be a suitable anesthetic for P. monodon. 2、Both values of oxy-hemocyanin and glucose in hemolymph of P. monodon bathed in 600 or 1200 ppm concentrations of 2-phenoxyethanol were higher than those of control group. This indicated 2-phcnoxyethanol might be a chemical stressor to P. monodon. |
