英文摘要 | The burden distrubution in the blast furnace (BF) significantly affects the gas distribution, chemical reactions and the position of cohesive zone. The productivity of BF is limited by the permeability. In order to control the burden distribution, the burden distibution model and layer thickness meter were developed. Both relationships were also studied. Based on the mass balance and the filling investigation, the burden distribution model was developed via the numerical method. The burden distribution, ore ratios along the radius and gas indices could be calculated by this model before charging. Through nature of extreme difference of the electrical conductivity between ore and coke, a layer thickness meter was developed, and then, the peripheral ore ratios at lumpy zone were obtained. It was found that the ore ratio would decrease and the SH-5 heat loss would increase, when the wall gas flow index of model increased. Both systems have provided useful information in assisting the operator with the adjustment of burden distribution. |
